Kristen Gonzalez for State Senate is a grassroots campaign with a vision to create a more just, equitable, and humane society.

Using my experience on past volunteer driven campaigns I had been a part of, I joined the campaign in its first weeks, and was tasked with building productivity systems in Notion to coordinate the work of various teams on the campaign in one unified and transparent space. I created the workspace, held one-on-one and group trainings, as well as making reference material in various formats (written, recorded video tutorials).

I also lead the Graphics team, and co-lead the Website team with Eric Thor.
